statistics cannot export to excel or csv
Hi, We've bought CT 2.0.
It seems that statistics export to excel doesn't work. I push the export button, but nothing happen. why? I use Vista. Thanks. |

That's a bug with the CT 2.0 release. We forgot to include a path update. To fix this, go to Program Files\FlexsimCT\libraries\, create a new folder and name it "ContainerTerminal" (there should already be a "ContainerTerminal2" folder), and copy FlexsimCT\libraries\ContainerTerminal2\StatsExport Template.xls into FlexsimCT\libraries\ContainerTerminal. Then try to export and it should work.
