Default Trouble with AutoCAD import

Could someone help me prepare the attached file of AutoCAD for exporting into Flexsim.

I tried all the procedures explained in Importing an AutoCAD Layout into Flexsim.pdf (explode and merge and ... ) explained to prepare the file and feel desperate after two days. I always get finally something in Flexsim that's really odd! it is not even what u see in AutoCad

I would be so much thankful if you could help me.

Hi,

I did a very fast look at your dxf file and I can see 2 things you need to do.

  1. You need to move all objects you want in your layout to layer 0 and the remove all other.
  2. Scale your layout into feet or meter. I thing you model is in mm and there for you need to meter
  3. Last thing to do is then move the layout to 0,0,0
