Default Exception Caught in FixedResource

I built a simple task quence model in the on creation trigger. however some exception caught when i run this model. i couldn't fix it? does anybody know what is wrong?

the exception is as follows:

Hi Hanguang,

After a quick look at your model is seems that the exception arises as the item enters the queue before the operator gets there and therefore the item goes to the sink and is destroyed. The exception disappears if you disconnect the queue and the sink as then the item still exists when you refer to it in the task sequence.

Do you have any particular reason to not use the standard functionality for moving the item? Or are you just testing how the task sequences work?
