Default How to turn on stats history in Vista to use Record object

I want to know to turn on stats histories from the Stats>Stats Collecting>All Objects On in Vista Home Premium K in order to use Record object.

I can not find the menu of 'Stats>Stats Collecting>All Objects On' in Vista.
How can I control it?

There is no longer the need for turning "All Objects On". You only need to turn the individual object histories on/off and this can be done through the menu or the Properties\Statistics page of the object itself.

Stats collecting and charting and reporting have changed greatly since v3. You might do well to read the following sections in the help:

Main Menu and Toolbar > Stats Menu
Object Windows > Properties Pages > Statistics Properties Page
Charting and Reporting > Overview
Charting and Reporting > Application
