Default LOADING AND UNLOADING TIME

Hi,

My project consists of a workshop which manufactures hydraulic pumps.

The data I've collected there is

loading time, unloading time, setup time and machining time for different components.

I'm unable to incorporate LOADING AND UNLOADING TIME into the FLEXSIM 5.0

Kindly, let me know how i can incorporate them also for simulation.

regards,
P.NAVEEN KUMAR

Hi,

In my manufacturing simulation models I usually embed the load time and unload time in the process cycle time (if it is an automatic station load and unload time are part of the process time)
So, in flexsim, if you are using a Processor object to model working stations you can add the load and unload time to the process time of the Processor.

If this works and you want to got statistics about load, unload and process times you could use Multiprocessor.
