Question Racksorting ABC Strategy

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
I become Sorry for my English and for your help very grateful!
Source produces chaotic 3 colors redly, greenly, blue.
Place(Square) in the Rack for redly-1 and 2 level
greenly-3,4,5 level
blue-6,7,8,9,10 level
Must I write a code (how can I start?) or can I put directly with infestation?
Must I screw in the Rack or in the ASRSvehicle6?
Thanks once more.

Hi Ang,

there is the function place in level in the proberties window of your rack object. Herein you write your source code. If you open the source code editor "directly edit code for this trigger" small icon on the right-hand side, you see in the first two lines to declarated pointers to the item, which enters the object and the rack object itself as current. At the end of the source code there is a line with the return-command. The return value defines at which level the item will be stored.
As the first approach you look for the color of your item, maybe the color correspondents with another parameter e.g. the itemtype. Then you can look for the itemtype, too. With this information you set the return value to the level you like. If you have a range of levels you use a random distribution such as duniform( [lower bound value], [upper bound value], [random stream number]) to set the return value.
