Default Excel Communication Error

hi
i have built a model which has a data reference with excel. the model runs well ,but when i used the experiment tools to build some scenarios and run these scenarios in a short time , some excel communication errors appeard. my codes about excel opening and reading are as below:

i have read some posts on the internet and i have not found the answer to this problem. and some posts suggest that we were not supposed to set up an excel connection in a short time again, for the excel program have not quit the pc memory. maybe this is a problem about excel.
Any suggestions are appriciated..
